We offer both! Ready-stock items are available for immediate purchase, while pre-order items take around 8-14 working days to arrive.

Ready stock ships within 1β3 working days. Pre-orders take 8 working days (including Sabah & Sarawak).
4. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
No, COD is not available.
5. Can I self-pickup my order?
Yes! You can collect your order. Please book your slot at ABOUT US PAGE under “Self Collection” We’ll notify you when itβs ready.
6. Do you provide stitching services?
Yes, we offer stitching services for RM80 per outfit.
AND Muslimah Friendly stitching for the Muslim RM40+ (normal stitching)
7. Is shipping free within Malaysia?
Yes, we offer free shipping across Malaysia, including Sabah and Sarawak when 2 or more items is purchased together.
8. How to track my parcel?
Go to About us Page click on the company that seller have provided under your order details. You can track your parcel with the tracking number given.

International customers will be charged in their local currency at checkout, based on the current exchange rate.

You can order through our website or WhatsApp. Just send us the product code and weβll assist you!
14. Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be changed or canceled within 12 hours of placing them. After that, processing begins.
15. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We only accept returns for damaged or wrongly delivered items. No returns for size or change of mind.
