Shipping & Delivery
- All products are shipped from India.
- International shipping is estimated to take 8 days from dispatch.
Return & Refund Conditions
To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:
- Video Proof Required
- When opening the package, the customer must record an unedited video clearly showing the product being unboxed.
- This video is mandatory for all return or refund requests.
- Return Timeline
- The item must be returned to Aarna Bollywood before a refund can be processed.
- Return or refund requests must be made on the same day or the next day after receiving the item.
- Requests made on the third day or later will not be accepted under any circumstances.
- Item Condition
- The returned item must be in its original, unused condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
- Damaged, worn, or altered items will not be eligible for a refund.
- Refund Process
- Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition and the accompanying video proof, the refund will be processed.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items such as customized or tailored products, accessories, and items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or refund.
